Myra Eley - Multimedia Artist

They say the thing that keeps you awake at night is your passion – (mine is creating art).
And the thing that breaks your heart (negativity)
is your purpose- (to speak positive messages of hope).
 

My creative processes include collage, photography, printmaking, mixed media and fiber art. By using so many versatile techniques, I feel I can find multiple ways to express my message through my art and choose the most interesting medium to present as a final work.
 

My intent, is to not only create a visual which draws the viewer in, but to convey a positive message or thought encouraging the viewer to ponder the subject for days to come. It is my hope that each viewer would begin to see life as a positive experience in which they realize that their every word or action can make a positive difference.
